Machakos governor Dr Alfred Mutua must be looking for a place to put his head following the political heat that is threatening to melt and dissolve his party, 'Maendeleo chap chap.'
Earlier this week, Machakos leaders called for his arrest over corruption allegations.
Some have said that he is only developing Machakos town and neglecting the many Kambas outside Machakos town who are languishing in poverty.
Earlier last month, Wavinya Ndeti of the Chama cha Uzalendo also shot at Dr Alfred Mutua to explain the sources of his funds.
She suggest that the governor should be summoned by the ethics and anti-corruption commission and his source of funds be investigated.
When the governor responded and said he gets donation from well wishers, Wavinya termed his political theatrics as 'afrosinema' which will soon come to an end.
Wiper party leader Hon Kalonzo Musyoka's endorsement as a presidential aspirant was also aimed at finishing 'Maendeleo Chap chap.'
Will Mutua survive the Sonko factor?
