Christians have been urged to support prisoners with basic needs as a show of love.
Addressing the congregation on Sunday at Kisii Pentecost Assemblies of God (PAG) Church, Pastor Lawrence Morara challenged Christians to remember and support inmates like their brothers and sisters.
“As Christians, we need to support our brothers and sisters who in prisons and through our support we will help them transform their attitudes towards life," said Pastor Morara
This comes at a time when prisons marked the annual Africa Prisons Day where Kisii PAG church members paid a visit to the inmates at Kisii GK Main Prison.
“When we where their on Friday during annual Africa prisons day realised that the inmates need our help,” added Pastor Morara.
