The man found in possession of assorted Kenya defense forces goods was on Monday arraigned before Nakuru court.
Joseph Mwaura, 42, was allegedly found in possession of 37 KDF properties that included ammunition box, three new Landrover canopies on July 23 at Lanet Location in Nakuru County.
The flying squad also recovered riffle cleaning oil, KDF uniforms, berrets, matresses and other KDF branded items.
According to police, Mwaura was found in his house in Lanet after the police received tip off that his living house had Kenya defense forces properties.
During the arrest, Mwaura told the police that the owner of the property lived next door but he had already fled before the police came.
Appearing before Chief Magistrate, Joel Ngeno, he pleaded not guilty and was released on cash bail of Sh 50,000 accompanied by weekly statements at the police station.
The case will be heard on September 18.
