Matungulu MP Stephen Mule has threatened to sue the government following the leakage of some Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education exam papers.
Speaking in Tala Boys Primary School during a party hosted in honour of the school's retiring head teacher, Joseph Kioko, Mule said the government must take responsibility for the leakage of the exam paper.
He accuse d Education Cabinet Secretary Jacob Kaimenyi for contributing to the deterioration of the education sector in the country.
Mule said investigations should be conducted to verify the people behind the leaked exams.
He said the culprits should be brought to book.
He said there was no way exam papers can be leaked with without culprits being arrested.
Mule said leaking exams sends a bad message that the government can no longer run the affairs of the country.
