Two men on Tuesday pleaded guilty before a Nakuru court to theft charges. Benson Nyakiba is alleged to have stolen a motor cycle belonging to James Kamiri on August 16 at Kaptembwa estate in Nakuru.
Peter Muya was accused of allegedly stealing a pair of shoes and a jacket belonging to Peter Kamunyeru on August 14 at Bahati Market in Bahati constituency.
Appearing before Chief Magistrate, Doreen Mulekyo, they pleaded guilty and pleaded for forgiveness from the court.
State prosecutor, Hillary Songoyo pleaded that the court gives him time to present the facts saying that they will be ready on Wednesday.
The evidence will be read on Thursday.
