Youth from Gatundu South have been urged to avoid discriminating any form of employment so long it transforms their living.

The Chairman of United Dry Cleaners Company David Karanja said that it is unfortunate that most youth have discarded some jobs on the grounds that they have small returns.

“Youth have shunned some jobs because they feel like the jobs give little returns forgetting that the little they get eventually grows bigger," said Karanja .

Speaking during the company's 50th anniversary celebrations, Karanja urged the youth to be patient  with regards to accumulating wealth.

“Wealth does not come over night, it is a process that requires patience," said Karanja .

Titus Muhia, a board member of Family bank who graced the occasion also urged youth to work hard and to be innovative.

“The youth have the strength to contribute to the growth of the economy owing to their innovative ideas. This is what will  help them to create employment opportunities," said Muhia.
