A bodaboda operator is fighting for his life and three other people nursing injuries in Machakos level five hospital after they were involved in an accident on Thursday in Kithini area in Machakos Nairobi road.
Confirming the incident Machakos OCPD Adiel Nyange said that one bodaboda operator had tried to cross the road when he was hit by an oncoming Nissan.
Nyange said that the 14 passenger Nissan was trying to overtake a lorry before hitting the motorbike.
The injured people were rushed to Machakos level five hospital by well wishers.
The officer warned road users to be careful as they approach the area as it is a blackspot as this is the third accident in the area within this week.
"All road users should be extra vigilant more so around Kithini since the place is a blackspot, the officer said.
The vehicles were towed to Machakos police station.
