Speaking on Thursday when launching new classrooms at St. Joseph Kituluni secondary school, Matungulu Mp Stephen Mule said that at funerals people are mourning and politicians should find other platforms to talk about politics.

He noted that some political enemies meet at funeral services where they exchange bitter words hence creating tension among the mourners.

"If you attend a funeral service mourn with the family and desist from bringing politics to such places in respect to the bereaved family," said Mule.

He also warned interested landgrabbers in the sub-county to desist from grabbing school land since he will face them head on in court.

He said it was despicable for someone to want to deny children their right to education by taking the land on which their school is built.
