Water and energy solutions company Davis and Shirtliff on Thursday officially launched it's newly constructed Coastal headquarters in Mombasa.
The state of the art building situated at Jomo Kenyatta Avenue, is fully air conditioned and consists of a showroom, offices, ware houses and work shops.
Speaking during the opening ceremony, building CEO Alec Davis said the new building is intended to enhance customer relations in Mombasa.
"We have been here for over 16 years providing pumps, swimming pool solutions and the taps that you use in your houses. We are grateful for the trust our coast region customers have put on our products. With this building, we hope we will enhance our customer relations," Said Mr Davis
The four-storey building is entirely self-sufficient and is equipped to provide its own power and water through a solar/diesel hybrid system and a borehole with treatment plan.
The company's customers were also present at the ceremony to witness the launch of the building.
" I have been a customer here for three years and I must say I enjoy using their products. They never fail," said Mr Mwololo, a customer who had attended the event.
