Kinyanjui said that the reported Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) leakage is an indication of sheer disregard of morals in the country.

Speaking on Friday at the Menengai Primary School where he donated exam materials to Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) candidates.

"It is an open secret that this year's KCSE has lost credibility because of the cheating that has been reported. One wonders if the results will be credible but this just shows how rotten the society is and it is very sad," said Kinyanjui.

Kinyanjui said the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) should have cancelled the examinations to protect the integrity and credibility of the education system.

"By admitting exam leakages have happened, Knec is admitting that it has lost its credibility and should be disbanded because it has failed not just the education sector but also the nation and its people," he added.
