Form 4s are now out of school and they are most seen idling in towns like Kisii because now, they are not confined to classrooms.
They are trying to cope with the change of routine as others are thinking of what to tackle next. This article is basically a guideline as to how form four leavers can spend their free time as they wait on university.
1. Learn to spot any opportunity out there. Anything that is genuine and can earn you money should be top on your list. 2. Go to cyber cafes and read news and follow interesting topics that can update you on current affairs.
3. Meet and interact with new people by attending events like weddings,family parties,political functions and others. This will help you create a great channel and new doors will open.
4. Always familiarise yourself by reading different employment topics. Challenge yourself and get to know what exactly is happening around you.
5. Keep progressing each day. Staying at home daily and doing nothing is not really the best thing you can do for yourself.
In a nutshell, try and keep your mind active by engaging in various activities because you know what they say...An idle mind is certainly the devils workshop!
