Nakuru counties' Kaptembwa Ward MCA, Daniel Ambale has declared that he will defend his seat come next year's general election.
Ambale who was speaking during a ceremony to mark the World Contraceptive Day at Rhonda maternity and dispensary said he will run on a Orange Democratic movement (ODM) party.
"I am ready to take anyone to the ballot to defend my seat," he said.
"Five years is too little to finish what I have started in this ward, "Ambale said.
"This is why I am asking you to give me a second term in order to finish the work I started," he said.
The MCA also urged motorists to avoid over speeding to help reduce the current number of accidents witnessed in the area especially among the bodaboda operators.
