Independent electoral and boundary commission is set to roll out voter registration exercise across the country.
This will be followed by sensitization exercise where registered voters will be taught how to conduct themselves during the coming 2017 general elections.
They will be sensitized on electoral procedures, the do and don'ts and the offences during the election period.
Following last year's number of spoilt votes, it seems those who were conducting the sensitization exercise did not do their job well.
Someone might ask why? I think the IEBC did not engage professionals in the sensitization exercise.
So many form four leavers, due to corruption during the recruitment process, were issued the job, locking out many qualified college and University students.
Let the IEBC engage professionals if they want the job well done.
