The suspended Youth Fund Enterprise CEO has certainly received wrath from all corners but now, Kibera youth want her prosecuted.
The enterprise is currently facing a money crisis with sh155 million having gone missing without being accounted for. The news of the loss of money has angered Kibera youths who feel betrayed by the Enterprise Ms Namuye.
It is believed that the bank had invested sh400 million in a bank fixed deposit account that was to mature in two months. Upon maturity, the then CEO, Catherine Namuye transferred sh125 million to a company called Quorandum Limited for no particular reason.
A Kibera youth, Stephen Kisilu said it is very unfortunate how any person in a top position misuses public funds and just goes scot free.
Another youth, Jane Andole said corruption has led to the drop of development in Kenya and asked the president to fight the vice because if not, Kenyans will continue living in poverty.
