Kisii county residents have been urged to be development ambassadors of the county.
Addressing stakeholders at Gusii cultural hall during the Kisii stakeholders’ consultative forum ahead of the coming investors’ summit, Kisii County Chamber of Commerce chairman, Benjamine Onkoba, urged residents to be watchdogs of their county. According to Onkoba, being the ambassador of your county means one should be able to report issues affecting them to the authorized authority for the necessary measures to take place.
“In our county, there are many challenges we are facing, more so, business community hence, we need some adjustments so that we can benefit,’’ said Onkoba.
He challenged residents not to keep quiet when things go wrong since they are the representatives of their county.
