Youths from Kitutu central ward in Kisii County have been advised to venture into business as one way of developing themselves before getting employment.
They have been advised to start up development projects which will enable them to be stable without depending on the government and other politicians who sometimes mislead them.
According to Kisii business community chairman, Walter Kiyondi, when someone ventures into business, it will enable them to develop, hence, he advised youths to venture into business.
Kiyondi, who is also a youth and aspirant for an MCA position in Kitutu Central ward said that most of the time youths are being blamed for being used by politicians for their own benefit but he challenged them to venture into business and avoid such people who can mislead them.
''Most of the time when bad things happen in the society, youths are blamed since you find them being idlers. They should engage themselves in development projects which will make them busy,'' said Kiyondi.
In addition, he added that youths need to have self employment projects which will enable them get their daily bread.
