The Kisii deputy governor, Joash Maangi, has said that the county government, through the leadership of James Ongwae and his office, are committed to delivering the manifesto before the end of the first term of devolution.
Maangi, who was speaking in his office on Wednesday said that as the government, they what to achieve all goals by making sure that their manifesto has been achieved.
''As the government, we are committed to ensuring sure that our manifesto is achieved before the end of our term in the office,'' he said.
He added that they have focused on development as they will open more roads and other development projects across the county.
'' We are aware that we next general election is nearing but I want to assure you that as the county government is devoted to making sure that the manifestos are achieved,'' added Maangi.
The deputy governor also said that leaders should focus on development as one way for residents to benefit before the next general election
