Police in Eldoret on Friday arrested a man suspected to be a drug peddler.

They also said they man is suspected to be the chief supplier of drugs to students in different institutions in Eldoret town.
Speaking after leading a raid in bars and restaurants at Annex Shopping Center that lead to the arrest of the man only identified as 'Ben 10', Uasin Gishu Alcohol Control and Licensing Board Director Armstrong said that the suspect will be arraigned in court after investigations are complete.
"We have been looking for "Ben 10" for a long time," Rono said.
"We have arrested him and other 60 students with the help of police officers at Annex Shopping Center while selling drugs to students," he said.
He said the suspect was found with sixty seven rolls of bhang ready to sell to students.
"This man has been selling drugs to our children at Moi University," he added
"He will be taken in court on Monday."
He put on notice individuals selling alcohol and drugs to students that their days were numbered.
