Mule was speaking on Feb 15 in Matungulu sub-county during the opening of Mukala seconday school which is a new CDF school in the sub-county.

"It's a bad show that enough registering voter machines have only been supplied in areas where Jubilee government has more supporters.

I, therefore, urge IEBC to distribute more of the machines in lower eastern to encourage people to register themselves as voters," said Mule.

The Mp said that in Matungulu sub-county a large number of people turned out to register themselves and most of them were discouraged by long queues, where they went back home.

He advocated for equal distribution of BVR machines noting that it's unfortunate that the whole lower eastern got only 470 BVR machines to register over 4 million people.
