Marani Member of county assembly in Kisii county Dennis Ombachi has challenged county residents to acquire more national ID cards and apply for more voting cards before next general election to elect or re- elect good leaders who can foster development in the county and in the country in general.
Speaking in his ward during a fundraiser to support 8 primary schools that are going to represent Kisii county nationally in music festivals Ombachi said it is more paramount when residents apply more national ID and voting cards to elect their leaders who can foster development in all parts of the county and in the country
“ Election is near let those who have not proceed for their national ID cards do so and apply for more voting cards to get prepared for the next general election to elect good leaders into leadership,” said Ombachi.
Among the primary schools that are going to represent Kisii county in the music festivals nationally are: Rikenye primary school, Nduru, Kisii, Riakworo, Kanunda, Iterio, St Rita and St Maikera.
Omachi also lauded those schools and urged that great talent should be supported.
