Nyando MP Fred Outa has asked those who lost in the ODM party grassroots elections to support winners and continue building the party.
Speaking at Pap Onditi in Nyakach on Monday, Outa said those who lost should join hands with those elected and make sure ODM remains a strong party.
Outa said every ODM member aim should be to make sure party leader Raila Odinga wins in the 2017 presidential elections.
“Those who lost must know that the party still needs them, come and support those who won since our ultimate goal is to ensure Raila wins the coming presidency,” he said.
The MP said internal wars within the party will dampen the spirit of those yearning to have Raila ascend to power.
He challenged those holding party positions to ensure there is massive voter registration with ODM's strongholds.
“For those who clinched different positions, don’t just sit, come out and work for the party. Ensure that within your area people are ready to vote,” he said.
