Police on Saturday shot one suspected cattle rustler and arrested nine others along Kisumu-Nandi Border.
Police are also in search of other suspects of cattle rustling which is aimed at restoring peace and harmony on that border.
National Cohesion and Integration Commision chairman Francis Ole Kaparo who have been in the area for five days has stipulated stern strategies to deal with cattle rustlers who will be arrested in connection with the clashes being witnessed in the area.
The clashes left five people dead and others injured seriously.
Several houses were also burnt leaving many people homeless.
According to the NCIC chairman Francis Ole Kaparo the arresting of those suspects is a clear indication that the police are doing their work.
