International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) Regional Director Sana F. K. Jatta has said  IFAD will add a new cooling tank to Ndabarnach milk cooler dairy after seeing that the current tank is almost full.

The tank hold 15,000 litres of milk.

He was speaking during the official launch of the dairy plant at Moi's Bridge on Saturday.

He revealed that IFAD will set up five investments in Kenya at a cost of $438.5 million. 

The programmes directly benefits over 500,000 rural households, and an estimated 2.5 million people.
