Police in Eldoret have launched investigations into the conduct of two officers following the shooting of a taxi driver last week.

“We want to establish the motive behind the attack on Charles Wafula,” said Eldoret West OCPD Tom Achiya.

Mr Wafula said that he was driving towards Kapkoros at around 9pm on February 9, 2016 when he was accosted by two men on a motorbike.

He said one of the unknown men shot him in the leg.
