Talent among high school students is something that needs to be nurtured in order for them to be shaped, formed, and encouraged.

Within Machakos county, many ongoing high school students find themselves in bad companies due to desperation and lack of good mentorship by parents within the county.
It is advisable for the county government of Machakos to introduce talent search initiatives in order to bring together different talented students to shape their skills and abilities.
This will prevent students from being engaged in bad companies like being involved in taking of drugs or consumption of beer/illicit brew.
The county government should work together with the parents in identifying talents among the students by giving them opportunities to explore many realms of expression and noting their interests and abilities in order for the students to commit more time and energy to their talent area.
This initiative will also promote sports culture and art within the county which will, in turn, attract investors in Machakos, therefore, creating job opportunities to the learned unemployed residents within the county.
The discovery and development of creativity or talent among students should be primary goals of each family within Machakos.
