Opposition leader Raila Odinga has called on Kenyans to support the Okoa Kenya push which aims at amending the Constitution.

"I urge Kenyans to support me in the call for the referendum since it will help in the reduction of cost of living, guard public property and employment opportunities among the youths," he said.
The initiative seeks to increase budgetary allocation for county governments from the current 15 per cent to 45 per cent.
"The referendum will will enact laws that will guarantee free and fair elections and it will do away with tribal discrimination on job opportunities," the Cord leader added.
"I urge Kenyans to get Identity Cards and register as voters since it is the only weapon that will guarantee good leadership."
