4.Poultry and meats

When it comes to meat, it can be very tricky, especially beef. It is advisable to consume meat from cows that strictly fed on grass so as to avoid illnesses that the cow might have contracted from eating garbage. Chicken too should be pasture raised not kuku porno, that chicken is not healthy and can cause a number of illnesses.
