Two teachers were yesterday charged in a Kisumu court with national examination malpractice.
The accused, Calvince Odima and Isaac Owuor face two counts of being in possession of examination papers and examination malpractice at Lions High School.
The two were allegedly in possession of the Business Studies Paper II in the school before the start of the examination period.
They both denied the charges before Kisumu Principal Magistrate Thomas Obutu and were released on a bond of Sh100,000 each with a surety of similar amount.
He further directed that the accused be supplied with prosecution statements on their own expenses.
The case will be mentioned on November 19.
Odima and Owuor are hired by the Board of Governors (BOG) of the school.
