It was celebrations at Utumishi Boys Academy in Gilgil, Nakuru County after it recorded an impressive mean score of 11.1704 in the 2015 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examinations.
The national school had 223 candidates who got various mean grades: of 91 (A), 91(A-), 31 (B+), 8 (B) and 2 (B-).
It had a mean score of 10.6 in 2014 with 240 candidates sitting for the examination.
The boys school was founded in 1993 largely by the Kenya Police Force to provide high school education.
