The chances of any candidate winning the Kisii gubernatorial seats will depend on how he can sell to the residents and how his relationship will be with other politician and aspirants.
Having three candidates who have shown interest in the Kisii gubernatorial seat, Senator Chris Obure who is the chairman of Omogusii unity Team, Manson Oyongo Nyamweya also MP of Parliament South Mugirango and James Ongwae who will go for his re-election ,each member needs to do an alignment which can make him clinch the title.
Ongwae who is the current governor needs to convince people on what he has done for the five years in office and what he can do if re-elected.
Others will use other criteria, for instance, Senator Chris Obure will tell people what he has done for the years he has been in power both as an MP and as the senator and what he intends to do after elected as the governor.
If Nyamweya is part will also use his achievements has the Member of Parliament by telling Kisii residents and on how he will transform the whole county.
Having other politicians in place will also help one to clinch the title ,for instance, Obure who is the chairman of Omogusii has already accompanied with members who are going to look for re-election while campaigning for him.
Ongwae, who has no current MP on his docket, will decide to work with the aspirants or other people in his reelection. The same case will apply to Nyamweya.
The other factor is all about the running mate of each candidate who will be used to convince people from his location.
