Nakuru Town MP David Gikaria has warned Gatundu MP Moses Kuria over dragging the Kikuyu community into Deputy President William Ruto's case at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Gikaria says that Kuria should carry his cross and stop dragging the Kikuyu community into the case.
“If Kuria has evidence in Ruto's case, he should go alone to Hague,” said Gikaria.
During a prayer session in Teso County to pray for DP and journalist Joshua Sang , Kuria claimed that ODM and PNU leaders fixed Ruto's case at ICC where leaders fabricated evidence against Ruto following the 2007 disputed president elections.
Speaking on Monday in Nakuru Town, Gikaria said that the claims are unfounded and are intended to destabilise the peaceful coexistence between Kenyans.
“The remarks by Kuria hold no water and are intended to bring confrontations among Kenyans," said Gikaria.
Gikaria urged Kuria to be careful when uttering remarks that can divide Kenyans.
“Kuria should always weigh his remarks to avoid mistrust among Kenyans," said Gikaria.
Kuria's remarks have also drawn sharp criticisms from Narc Kenya Chairperson Martha Karua who refuted in the strongest terms possible the utterly malicious allegations made by MP Moses Kuria to the effect that she procured witnesses against Deputy President William Ruto were untrue.
