Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi has called on the MPs from the the ruling Jubilee coalition and the opposition Cord coalition to stop their battle on ICC issue and instead work on uniting Kenyans.
Mudavadi was speaking on Sunday in a Public rally held at Mazembe grounds in Nakuru, where he also called on the leaders to direct their energy and resources on bringing Kenyans together.
"This is not the time to fight and debate over the ICC subject. There are many victims of the 2007-2008 post-election violence who need to be helped to heal from the violence," Mudavadi stated.
The ANC leader also urged the two coalitions to come together in spearheading development in the nation, rather than championing for personal gains.
"It is by working together that will ensure Kenyans are treated equally and get the rights they deserve as citizens of this country, criticizing each other will not help solve anything," Mudavadi added.
The former deputy prime minister was on a two-day tour in Nakuru, where he was also accompanied by Sabatia Member of Parliament Alfred Agoi among other leaders.
