Uasin Gishu county governor Jackson Mandago has urged residents of soy to cooperate with the county and the national governments for prosperity of the nation.
Speaking in soy on Wednesday, the governor said that people should work together with the public service to ensure effective service delivery.
“We should support the jubilee government and stay together in peace and harmony in order tom enhances development to ensure there is equal development in all regions of Uasin Gishu,” said Mandago.
Mandago said that since rift valley are beneficiaries of agriculture members of parliament should team up am demand for more funds to help in agricultural sector.
“The count government willing to support business people especially those who operate in cooperatives, because it is easy to give funds to individuals who work as a team,” said Mandago.
Soy member of county assembly, Isaack Chirchir said that the residents should stand and support their leaders.
The governor was speaking during issuing of Sh 6million cheques for development of ECDE, Water projects and agriculture sector in the region.
