Thirty students from Kibera are set to travel to Ndhiwa constituency on an education exchange programme.
The students will be selected randomly from schools in Kibera and are set to go for the programme before the end of the year.
The same will happen in Ndhiwa where 30 pupils who will also be selected randomly to come to Nairobi for benchmarking.

“I will pay for 30 selected students to come and see what other pupils do in Ndhiwa while those from my constituency will also come to see what their Kibera counterparts do. This will create friendship or good relationship within the students for they will learn and make new friends,” said Neto.
“Honourable Ken Okoth and I are very good and close friends so I will help him champion education until these students get it to improve Kibera in the future,” he added.
The Ndhiwa lawmaker also pledged to host the students in his rural home in when they visit the place.
He added that the exchange programme will enable the students explore more about their country.
