Children homes and orphanages in Mavoko Sub-County have been urged to seek divine intervention in running their affairs effectively and according to God's will.
This call was made on Saturday by Bishop Nicholas Muli of Champion of Christ International Church, at its headquarters based in Athi River town.
"I urge all directors and employees of charitable children institutions in Mavoko to turn to God for divine intervention in effectively running the projects," said Muli.
According to Muli, children belong to God and the orphaned and vulnerable children in such homes should be equally taught holy ways of life and living styles.
Muli who addressed the press at the church in Athi River town on Saturday said those children homes founded on christian and run in Godly ways prosper than those which are run without involving God.
He said it is important to preach the word of God to the children so as to make them grow more responsible and with respect to their elders, fellow children and the community at large.
Muli who is also the chairman to Uwezo Fund in Mavoko constituency said he would, through his church source from donor partners in diaspora funds to support education of needy children especially those from homes with Christian backgrounds from secondary to university.
