Ndeti, who has unsuccessfully contested for the Machakos gubernatorial seat twice, is not only a mother but also role model.

Her sense of fashion makes her hated and loved in equal measure.

Besides politics, Ndeti is a staunch Christian.

The recent nullification of Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua's August 8, 2017 election clearly shows that she is not a push over when it comes to the political arena.

Ndeti defected from Chama Cha Uzalendo to join Wiper as she sought to smoke Mutua out of office.

Her hopes of becoming a governor rose when the Court of Appeal ruled in her favor last Friday.

Ndeti has challenged Mutua to go back to the people instead of moving to the Supreme Court.

Mutua, however, feels the court misunderstood the findings when ruling in the case against him.

He has maintained that he will not leave office until the Supreme Court makes its final ruling.

“We are appealing this decision and in the meantime, I am still the governor of Machakos and I am the fifth president of Kenya, by the will of God. I urge the people of Machakos to remain calm as we work on this,” Mutua said.
