About 1000, 000 people will attend," Joseph Irungu, head of logistics and security, assumption of the president's office committee, said.Irungu said several heads of State will attend. "Still early to confirm how many Heads of State will be attending," he said. Irungu spoke on Monday as the committee commenced plans to swear in Kenyatta.
