And the only oldie in the team is Swaleh Mdoe, the rest are fresh blood likely to make Citizen the only choice for Swahili news.

Interestingly, Nipashe will also be the first station to have ‘couple ya power’ read news together as it will feature the sassy Lulu Hassan and her hubby Rashid Abdallah.
