Economist David Ndii's decision to share a photo of President Uhuru Kenyatta drinking beer on Twitter has elicited sharp reactions.
Ndii posted the photo where he wanted to let his followers know that the head of state's Big Four Agenda may never be implemented because of the 'disorganized' way the government runs its affairs.
In the cartoon photo, the economist shared, Uhuru and his deputy William Ruto are seen looking at a pyramid labelled Big Four Agenda as both leaders concur that the project is taking shape.
In an adjustment picture, Uhuru is seen sipping cheap beer popularly known as 'keg' with Ruto holding his forehead as he smiles.
