Governor John Nyagarama is under pressure to respect his Deputy Amos Nyaribo who claimed that the governor has been undermining him.
A section of youths led by Elijah Nyamoi claimed that the ODM governor should respect Nyaribo because they were voted jointly.
"Nyagarama should allow dialogue to solve the differences between him and his deputy.
"I am urging Nyagarama to stop undermining his Deputy and ensure he is involving him in making major decisions in the county leadership," he noted.
Mr. Nyamoi said there will be no development if the governor and his deputy cannot reconcile.
He urged elected leaders in the county to help the two re-unite for the sake of serving the electorates without fear or favor.
"Elected leaders in the county should intervene and ensure Nyagarama and his deputy have a good working relationship.
"Parallel leadership at the county should not be condoned in the county since development will be derailed," he added.
Nyamoi urged leaders to engage youths in deep villages to reduce the number of youths engaging in crime due to lack of jobs.
He was speaking on Wednesday in Nyamira town.
