Controversy has been part of gospel singer Willy Paul life for the longest time.
His music has played a big role in the controversy as a section of Kenyans feel his songs do not portray him as a gospel artist.
Three years ago, a 23-year old woman from Mathare told the Nairobi news that she had a 5-year old child with the Njiwa hitmaker.
The gospel artist later denied the allegations saying that a lot of ladies are claiming to have his children when in reality he had none.
However speaking in an interview with the Pulse, the artist admitted to having a son.
"Niko na mtoi, (I have a kid) I have a son," replied the artist when asked of the allegations he has a kid.
When further asked if he is married, he just brushed the question.
"Just know I have a son and am happy about it, children are blessings," replied the singer.
Asked further if he is simply a baby daddy.
"Whichever way you put it, just know I have a white boy somewhere," he said.
Well, that appeared to contradict his early claims in the same interview when he was asked about the allegations he overdosed using Viagra.
"There is nothing like that, look at me, am 25 turning 26 on September 1st, so what will make me use such drugs, plus I decided to abstain until marriage," the Kanungo hitmaker replied.
Abstaining and still having a kid? Okay, maybe he meant he has abstained since getting the son.
The fact that he said he is abstaining till marriage means he got the child outside wedlock.
