There was drama in a bus plying Kisii-Nairobi route after a couple was nabbed having sex in a bus.
This happened on Tuesday night in a Nyamira express bus registration number KBN-957U.
Hellen Adoyo and her husband Julius Mogaka were found having sex at the back seat of the bus when the lights were turned on.
“The couple was sitting at the back seat alone. When we reached Kegati, I heard some funny sounds emanating from where the two were seated and decided to alert the bus conductor because the noise was so disturbing,” said a passenger Clinton Ongeri.
The matatu conductor turned on the lights only to find the man half naked and the woman carrying her pant on her hands.
“I could not believe my eyes seeing the two having sex in a public vehicle. Such acts are unacceptable because the bus is not a lodging facility. We forced them to a light the bus and pick another vehicle to travel in,” said James Mokua, the bus conductor.
Mokua said the couple tried to apologise to other passengers but their apologies fell on deaf ears.
