Self-styled NRM ‘general’ lawyer Miguna Miguna has yet again stirred controversy after launching an attack on his one-time lawyer, ODM’s Secretary General Edwin Sifuna.
Trouble started after he alleged in a tweet on Wednesday that he fearlessly swore in Raila Odinga as the People’s President at Uhuru Park on January 30 while ODM party lawyers were “hiding.”
However, Sifuna, asked Miguna why T.J Kajwang (Ruaraka MP) administered the oath yet he is a loyal ODM member which opened a bitter exchange between them.
The tirade spiraled to Sifuna telling Miguna that though that Raila was generous enough to have paid his legal fees when he was detained incommunicado at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on March 26.
Miguna failed in returning to Kenya for the second time after his first deportation on February 6.
However, the Canadian-based lawyer disputed that Raila paid his team of lawyers adding that he fired them because the ODM Party leader asked the lawyers to drop Miguna's case.
