Of the 34 lawyers appearing for DCJ Philomena Mwilu, one stands out unique given his body shape.
When Mwilu was arrested on Tuesday, a platoon of lawyers rushed to DCI while the rest in court to save perhaps Kenya's most powerful woman.
And Ben Momanyi, a second term Borabu MP, was among those tasked to save Mwilu, a colleague lawyer.
While at Milimani law courts, Momanyi struggled to even have a glance at the judge due to his height thus causing laughter among his constituents back home.
"Ben seems to be the shortest, I think those tall lawyers should allow him to stand in front so that he can be seen," argued Chris Ruba in Borabu Watchtowers.
Another user, Evans Gecheo added: "He is pretty short and someone should have taken note of that. We would like to have him also speaking."
Some questioned his integrity over CDF management and allegedly fraud in City Hall.
Early this year, Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko accused him or irregularly obtaining Sh60 million from City Hall for services not rendered.
"I don't care about his height. What I know, he's a thief and an imposter," said Kemunto Janet.
Back at home, Momanyi, who is keen to succeed Governor John Nyagarama, is popular among low income earners and has been accused of luring youths into chang'aa dens.
