The building houses several business premises.

It was later established that it was a minor electrical fault that affected the 3rd floor.

The issue has been resolved and the owner of the premise said it is safe.

It is a requirement by the law that  all buildings in urban centres especially those in CBD conform to the fire and safety health regulations.
