The inaugural 'Senate Mashinani' on Monday officially kicked at the Uasin Gishu County Assembly buildings in Eldoret town.

The historical event, the first of its kind in the Kenyan history will see all the Senators pitch camp in Eldoret town for a whole week.
Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka led the 67 Senators in officially opening the sittings at the Assembly on Monday.
