The AFC Leopards team was on Sunday forced to wait for long before leaving the Kasarani Stadium, with fans baying for their blood after losing to Sofapaka in the Shield semi-final.
The Ingwe fand did not want to hear anything from the team and the coach as well, saying they should walk and not enjoy their ride since the result was unwanted.
A goal from forward Elli Asieche was enough to hand Sofapaka a 1-0 win and send them to the finals, where they will now face Kariobangi Sharks.
The Shield seemed the only chance for Leopards to lift silverware this season, after performing poorly in the Kenya Premier League, with rivals Gor Mahia lifting the title.
“We want them to walk home. They are a disgrace and don’t deserve to use this bus," said one of the fans.
The Argentine coach was seen strolling inside the stadium with his wife, as he waited for the fans to disperse.
