A beneficiary of Fred Ouda Foundation Scholarship from Kisumu Central Constituency says he has a dream of one day serving as Kenya’s President.

Ian Otieno who is set to join form at the Segero Adventist High School in Eldoret Uasin Gishu County, says he wants to serve as the Head of State in order to spur development in the Country.

“I have a dream of becoming a politician in the future. I want to be the President of this Country so that I can initiate various development projects for the benefit of all Kenyans. I want Kenya to reach new levels in development,” he told Hivisasa.com in Kisumu on Wednesday.

“As a country, we are still behind in terms of development in various sectors. I will change this when I become the Head of State,” he said confidently.

He sat for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) at Migosi Primary School last year and managed to score 354 marks.

The last born in a family of four is among the 40 students who qualified for full Sponsorship under Kisumu Central Member of Parliament (MP) Fred Odhiambo Ouda’s Foundation.
