Nyamira County Senator Okong'o Omogeni has asked the county Governor John Nyagarama to produce a list of illegally hired county workers who were allegedly kicked out of the payroll.
Mogeni who was speaking during an fundraiser at Milimani SDA church in Borabu Constituency on Saturday, said he is no high alert to get the list of the illegally hired people who were sent home by the governor.
"I will open my eyes wide when the Governor will come to the senate to answer questions. All I want to see is the list of those people who were sacked and the amount of money they have earned as salaries," said the senator.
The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party senator maintained that the illegally hired workers who were sneaked into the county payroll should return all the money they earned as salaries.
"Those who earned salaries illegally must 'vomit' the money. That is how work must be done and I'm not joking about it.
"You will see how I will deal with them at the Senate," he stated amid cheers from the members of the public.
