Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino is among the few Kenyan bold and vibrant youthful MPs who have pledged loyalty and allegiance to ODM party leader Raila Odinga over time.
He has made several controversial confessions in the name of the former premier that shocked Kenyans and left tongues wagging.
On Monday morning, aware of Odinga's 74th birthday, Owino took to his Twitter account to wish the former premier a happy birthday and went far to declare him the next president of the Republic of Kenya.
While Odinga has not declared his interested in the 2022 presidential race and constantly dodged the debate on 2022 succession politics, the MP has vowed to make him the next Head of State, regardless of his decision.
